That 'notes' can be linked to a specific page/DPS

The reason i set up blinkplan was so that designers and I can work remotely. I want to give my designers instructions for some pages. Its very tedious for them to scroll through my entire notes.

The notes are too small when shown on the email-able pdf. Please can you make a lot bigger.

I find notes linked directly to pages crucial for the project team
