page numbering
It would be good to know how to alter page numbering: in a 48 plus 4 page publication, I would like to count the four pages as Cover, IFC, which you do, and then IBC (inside back cover) and then BC (back cover)

If you go into your My account section, and into Account Settings - there is a way to change the way pages number. Is that going to solve it?
