Spanning for identical pages

Retaining the option to span pages with identical settings on edit. Didn't seem to be available for edits subsequent to creation.

        It is already working like that. So, for example, if you go to the first page of three identical consecutive pages, and edit that page - you'll have the option to span any changes across the next following pages as well - as they a) are a full page template (spanning only works for full page templates), and b) have the same content.
