Still thinks I am using IE when I am not

I have created a free trial account and you tell me I am using IE when I am using Firefox. The firts pages renders in basix html, gives me an error message about a PDF which I don't understand, cannot open the feedback [age, none of the links work.......this hasn't moved on since the same thing happened this time last year!

        Hmm - this sounds really nasty - and something I have never seen before. Which version of Firefox are you using? Are you using the latest version? I have removed the IE message - even if you're on IE as it hasn't proved to be that reliable in detecting your browser. But the other annoyances sound weird and I can't recreate them over here. Please let me know if you still get it -even after a refresh etc.
